I gained!! I was eating everything that is why. 2.5 kg up. 14/12/2015 today Im starting again with my healthy eating . Good luck to me!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good luck to you - i have also gained 1.7 over the weekend , and it must come down because friday its me birthday then its again eat and drinks the whole weekend.
