So I know I'm being boring by weigh-in everyday for this week but my short term goal was for this week to be at least a kg or more down to fit into a dress and also i have a busy eating day tomorrow . so even if i gain all that I have lost this week, over the weekend that will be fine as long as I fit into that dress tomorrow evening :-)
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 December 2015:
750 kcal Fat: 30.56g | Prot: 33.78g | Carb: 89.74g.   Breakfast: Muesli with Raisins, Dates and Almonds, Lowfat Fruit Variety Yoghurt, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Grilled). Snacks/Other: Jungle Oats Bar. more...

Saige18 dresses are sized by measurements and not by weight lol. Imagine if we had to buy clothing according to weight! Some people would be too embarrassed to go shopping. All the best in fitting in tomorrow :)
