so far i ate very good and healthy , did an aerobic class last night with weights, must say I didn't feel like exercising , had to force myself to get dress but after the 45min i felt very Good.
This morning on the scale and it went down , but got to work very hungry and on my desk there was a warm cheese roll , and 5min later it was in my tummy :-) and some muesli and yogurt. Will do some exercise tonight to work off that BUN!!!
125.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol the temptations I tell you , but ya i will have to keep it clean I have a dept lunch on Friday and then again the eve with the fitness girls (group) , and that mean eat party and drink in a very tight dress that I must still fit into by Friday .LOL
