The scale keeps going the wrong way and I'm practically in tears with frustration. That's why I haven't been posting my daily weigh ins. I keep over doing it on something but I don't know what. I'm so upset.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 November 2015:

I have been low carb since January. I logged every bite I ate so I could see exactly what I was eating. I tried to eat average 1200 a day (so some days higher/some a little lower), I try to keep my percentages around 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carbs. I tend to eat the same things over and over and don't get too fancy, I try to watch dairy and not go overboard on cheese. It can be frustrating til you find your "sweet spot" and what works for you. Hang in there!

I love the way you have set up rewards for yourself. Use your intuition to tune into what your next steps are. If you listen to your quiet inner voice you will get guidance. As much as possible, be in a good-feeling place and the answers and information you need will find you.

Thank you guys, I guess I was just so frustrated this morning and needed to vent in my journal a bit. I'm worried about overdoing it over the holidays. I need a coach next to me telling me what I can and cannot eat, haha! I know, realistically, I have to just coach myself. I just hope I can stick to keeping things simple when I know temptation is going to be laid out in front of me. I suppose I should just pile on the turkey!

Hang in there -- you're obviously 'engaged' in the process and that's an important step. Sending you 'strength' for good choices on Thursday!! And, if some indulgences do find their way to your plate, just limit the portions and don't beat yourself up about it.
