I have come to realize four key steps to losing weight...

1) Stop eating crap foods.

2) Drink LOTS of water. Just when you think you've drank enough, drink more.

3) Exercise, every little bit helps. Any movement is better than no movement.

4) Love yourself :)

168.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

YES! Good keys/thoughts -- especially #4 as a successful weight loss/fitness journey definitely requires the right mindset -- it's just as much (if not more so) 'mental' as physical. Congrats on the drop!
