Exercised every day this week weights and jogging. Last night I ran for 40minutes.

Most of the weight I dropped had to be water weight - It was to fast.

Better control of my diet and discplined on my exercise regime.
239.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 39.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
