All I can say about the weigh in is I'm not surprised. My stress level is high and I'm not exercising enough. So I have to try much harder this week.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stress will hold on to the weight, that is for sure. Try to relax ... and if you can manage to walk a long way everyday, that will help you more than anything.

Thanks Mom, it's so hard to get your stress down because worrying about getting your stress down just causes more stress. I can't fix my son and it's breaking my heart and I can't turn my back on him either. And of course the 2 upcoming retina surgeries are stressing me. I'd love to walk outside its nice here now but I can't afford to get my asthma going or allergies going right now so I have to settle on the treadmill. I just have to destress the best I can.
