Can anyone suggest a good LCHF Soup recipe? I'm trying to cook some things and freeze them so I'll be able to stick to my WOE when I have my retina surgery on the 17th. I'm not sure I'll feel like cooking and fear I'll hurt myself seeing with only one eye and that eye isn't good either I'm having it done on the 15th of December. Any recipes would be appreciated.

I just printed one yesterday off of www.ruled.me.com . Italian sausage and spinach .. Looked fabulous . There is a really easy cheese and broccoli soup but I can't recall where I got it . There are tons of websites with tons of LCHF recipes . Even on FS there are tons !!

I print off soups and stews constantly. I just made one yesterday and it was just from contents from my freezer and leftover rotisserie chicken. I buy the Swanson chicken or beef broth (veggie, too) as a base for my concoctions.
