Weighing in early this week since I won't be around a scale tomorrow. In the airport right now, on my way to Vegas for a few days to attend a trade show for work. Should be a good time!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A business trip to Vegas can have lots of dietary challenges. I go twice per year on week-long business trips. I have managed to lose weight in Vegas only once. Try to hit the hotel gym in the morning to make up for extra calories during the day.

If time permits,go to the strand and listen to Frank and The Steins ! They have a great show 8pm -11 pm ,they do three shows at night in October....we just got back home ,stay safe ...its on Fremont street. One of the best FREE shows. Look the group up on facebook !

Peppermill on the Strip is a GREAT place to eat. You will NOT be disappointed. BUT cut your meals in half or in 1/4 cause they bring a lot!
