My weight is slowly but surely coming off. Although the scale isn't moving down as quickly as I hoped, my waist and legs are shrinking and my face is thinning as is everywhere else. I work out everyday and alternate every other Sunday as a rest day. I have been eating well-- NO CHEATING. If I feel like having something at my favorite restaurant, I make the dish at home. That way I know exactly what is going in my food and I can cut down on the fat; restaurants tend to find a way to make food as unhealthy as possible and well making it myself is the healthiest and best option. Anyways, I hope everybody is happy with their progress and if the scale isn't moving DO NOT give up. It will move soon enough. Keep up the good work all. ❤️
