been sick for 3 weeks, but the last week I had to do no exercise and being on MEDs and all that stuff to get better and also to rest, this was Drs orders, not exercising made me feel very depressed and coping with that feeling I turned to JUNK FOOD, and avoiding fatsecrete and my scale the past week. So today the 18Sep2015 I'm starting fresh, as I have exactly 3 months till my Big 30 - I really need the motivation as I would like to go for a fitness type of Photo shoot as a present to myself. starting on a friday is strange but I WILL DO THIS AND I NEED TO STAY COMMUTED TO SEE GREAT RESULTS. This is to the last try for 2015 :-)
127.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1150 kcal Fat: 71.79g | Prot: 107.44g | Carb: 13.28g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Egg White, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Gem Squash, Lamb Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: Green Leaf Lettuce, Minced Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Grilled). Snacks/Other: 100% Whey Protein Protein Shake, Green Tea. more...

Last try? Never! You have unlimited tries :) Use all that we have experienced to work out what method of weight loss will work for you and be sustainable :) You got this :)

Thank you Snezica, i feel much better start exercise today , taking it slow. @ Big boy Optimus , my problem is not the weight loss but gaining muscle to look more lean , the kgs that I have gained the past week i will drop quick but I want to look fit at the end off all this ,but I will try to logg all and keep going.

First step is ensure your health is better then you will reap the rewards of your exercising to build lean mass :)
