I knew that I had gained weight but now the process to get back to where I should be. Prayer, clean eating and exercise within two weeks I will weigh 138 Thank you Lord
144.0 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
