Spent a couple of days with our son's family. My daughter in law was wonderful about preparing foods that I could have, plus I took sliced turkey and swiss cheese so I could eat that if there wasn't something low carb available. Down a couple of pound for the week, which is the same as I've been doing. Staying on induction another week. Seems like 2 pound per week is kind of slow for induction, but I'll take it!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
