Didn't lose any today but didn't gain either. We went out last night to a buffet (birthday dinner for son) and I stuck with all low carb food. I just ate too much of it still. :) Football day today, the only low carb beer my hubby found for me was coors light so at 5 carbs per beer, 2 will be my limit. Next game I will have low carb booze of some sort. I save almost all my drinking for tailgating.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Michelob Ultra is 2.6 carbs I believe and 95 calories. What I get from time to time.

That was the one he was supposed to get me that or MGD light. The store was out of both. I still have to give him credit he tried by getting the coors light.

OK, I don't drink but if I did I would still choose chocolate over beer or alcohol anytime! A fun size 3 Muskateers bar has 11 grams and that is amazing to me. Glad you enjoyed your day and good luck in buying that really low carb beer next time!

Try Reeses sugar free peanut butter cups. I swear I'm addicted to them now. 1 net carb for 5 pieces. They have sugar alcohols and fiber. The sugar free chocolates they have now (if you can handle sugar alcohols) are REALLY good and low in carbs. I make a mean bloody mary but it's too high in carbs right now. Low carb beer or wine will work for the games. Raymond James finally started selling wine for the Bulls games so it may be that next time.
