I feel fluffy today 169 pounds haven't exercised in a month trying to micromanage my diet and then get back on that exercise horse what do you think?
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Exercise! It helps.

Even if you can just add in some walking or short workouts, I think you will feel better with exercise.

Even taking the stairs instead of lift or parking the car at the far end of the car park helps!
