Well that sucks. Hopefully water weight due to TOM coming.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2 pound weight gains suck. Hopefully retaining water that will go away when TOM is over.
