been very tired working 2 jobs and going to school
no gym time just re-adjusting my food choices
trying not to binge and purge
so far doing well .
mentally i just dont see it
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
