Still dropping...😀

Also, still doesn't feel like I'm deprived or on a diet (yet)...have not felt an urge (yet) to binge on "bad" high calorie density foods

...resting heart rate stable at 47 beats per minute, consistant elliptical wattage power increasing too.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
