lost a few but i'm thinking it may have just been water weight...been drinking lots of it to help keep my hunger under control....i really need to get back on track...i want so much to have at least 20 lbs gone by winter.....
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

I really need to get back on track too and want to lose at least 20 lbs. by my December birthday. Would actually like to lose it before then, but I'm trying to be realistic. We CAN do this! Drinking water certainly helps curb the appetite, and it's so good for our bodies!

Thanks for being my buddy. I will be watching what you do and hopefully I will loose a lot of weight too. Keep on track and never give up.
