Not tracking very well this week and only managed half an hour of exercise. My excuse is long hours at work and the cold, but I know it's just an excuse. For now will just hope to maintain.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
