RoseFlorida's Journal, 29 June 2015

I knew that was going to happen. Saturday was my free food day for the month. So carb laden food and extra exercise = extra weight, including some water retention. Still over the 25 lbs though. Saturday was NOT worth it. I still feel laggy today. May be time to walk the dog for an extra mile today.

Not even a full pound up....If I have a day like it goes up like 4-6 pounds and takes a couple of weeks to go back down. I can go up 1 pound without going off-plan. You're probably feeling better already and a walk with the dog helps many ails.

I started the day with all intentions of a day filled with bad for me food. Except for the wine I lost interest in it about halfway through the day. It didn't taste as good as I remembered it. (Except for the cookies)
