This is apparently where my body wants to stay….
131.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And that’s probably fine, if you are average height, and if your doctor doesn’t say you should be at a specific, exact weight even within the healthy range. If you are short, but it doesn’t affect your health, that’s fine too. If you are tall enough that that is thin, but it doesn’t affect your health, that’s fine too. You’d probably have to be very short or tall for that weight to be a problem, so it’s probably a good weight! Only you and your doctor know for sure though.

Laine, I was 5'7" but apparently at last visit to Dr I lost an inch. Now I'm 5'6". I am comfortable at this weight and would be ok going up to 132. It's just funny to me that once my body hangs on to a certain weight, it stays that way for awhile. Doesn't matter if it's a gain or a loss ..

Fritzy, Thanks. I've been a bit lax lately...had low carb ice cream, a few cookies, and a couple of biscuits last week so I was sure I gained. I was still able to keep carbs in check so I'm sure that helped.💜

Diana, you are tiny then! I do understand that people have personal reasons why a lower weight is better. For me, a lower weight is not better…I was told to gain an additional 5 lbs, when I was still 10 lbs away from underweight by *adult* standards even though I was only 15. I have a bigger build so that’s why. Different strokes for different folks!

Diana you look fantastic. It always comes down to how we feel. When i was 145-150 and wearing a size 4 i felt much sexier than i do at my current numbers. I lost my badonka donk somehow and cant seem to get it back no matter how many squats and lunges i do😂 but i feel much lighter and mobile being 10-15 pounds lighter amd am very aware of the left hip needing replacement so yep, comes down to how you feel. I think you look amazing. 60 year old women didnt look like you nor i when i was a kid unless they were actresses remember? Xoxo sis

YOH, Thank you! I know how you feel, I too have been struggling. Not as much in the eating part but in my fitness. It's like I get to a good place and either I have a health issue or we go on vacation and all bets are off.. it's very frustrating! This dizziness is driving me nuts! I know you can relate. You look good and you are right, we don't look like our mom's did at our age! 🩷🩷🩷💪💪

Diana, shockingly i had a binge worthy 24 hours with a little fiend called ice cream 7 days ago. Ate probably 3/4 of a 1/2 gallon tub from Monday to Tuesday in addition to eating chips sat and sun and cake sat and sun. Im not sure why i didnt gain from that (balance all went in garbage Tuesday, chips and cake in garbage mon am) at any rate im not sure why weight stayed same and yet if i add something healthy i fight to keep it stable. It wan an anomaly im sure but weird. Just got off phone with hotworx yoga studio by my house (actually next door to where i currently workout with trainer) and am going to give that a shot this Friday. HIIT workout in 110-115 degree infrared sauna if i understood correctly. Health issues are no joke. I try not to think about what’s going on internally too much as it scares me so just trying to concentrate on what I CAN control externally. Vacations are great for mental well being tho and always looks like you are moving all the time so dont feel bad about that at all. After hubs moms estate is fully settled sometime this summer i think we may finally plan a mini vacation to Vegas or Hawaii (currently top short trips on agenda). I used to take my girl to Vegas a couple times a year from the time she was about 9 or 10 till early 20’s but haven’t been back in probably a decade. If we go will definitely try and have a coffee with you if you are in town. Try not to let the dizziness upset you. Ive lived with dizziness my entire life (vertigo was a new one tho). Just remember to stop and put your head down for a few seconds till it passes and if it is not passing sit down and put head below knees. When do you find out about pacemaker report?
