It happens. TOM was here this week and every time TOM comes by the end of the week I put back on a pound or so. I still lost weight this week, just not as much as it was. I have to tell myself this I lost 1.2 lbs this week and I should be happy with that.
231.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 111.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.8 lb a week

Well I put on 4 or more pounds each month from water weight/TOM, so if you can actually lose during that time, you are way ahead of the pack, lol! Great job!
