Well, my "perfect week" sort of petered out at the end. I forgot to weigh in yesterday morning. Then, last night's dinner did not go according to plan. Life happened and I ended up hosting game night, with an impromptu dinner for seven, which included homemade macaroni & cheese and much wine.

I consider the week a success overall as I held steady. :)
155.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love the idea of game night. I also can relate to you regarding the desire to have the "perfect week". I just wanted three golden days in a row and blew it on the first day! Happily when I blew it, it was not the usual I blew it but too many extra cups of home made bean and ham soup. It was suggested to me that I just stay focused on one day at a time.
