Oops 😬 2nds of Corned Beef & the fixins last night.

Gym today....good workout. No pain in my hips/ legs on the treadmill today. I did take a break from the leg press machine. I'll give it a try on Wednesday.

137.4 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
