I cant weigh in as yet. I was on leave for the whole month and i was eating wrong staff a lot so ill have to do more of eating healthy and exercise and weigh in month end of June
169.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
