Bouncing between 187-189. Work stress at all time highs. Make it to the gym 2-3 days per week at the most. Things could be better but they could also be worse.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
