Weekend wrap up...

I watched the Evil Dead trilogy for the first time. Groovy.
I prayed to the porcelain gods. I don't plan on doing this again.
I saw Zombieland. Awesomsauce.
I played DDR at an arcade. Also awesomesauce.
I ran 16 miles in the dark... without a light... in Dallas... without my glasses... in a thunderstorm.

Anyways, I have my 2nd half marathon this Sunday. HOORAY! The only part that sucks is that I can't stay up late on Halloween since I have to wake up super early for the race. Oh well.

The rules in Zombieland cracked me up. Especially rule #1.

I've heard Zombieland is great! I might see it this week, too. As for this whole running in the dark, no light, and alone? You saw my facebook response! lol. Were you sick this weekend or hung over?

@Cindy: I have a storm phobia... tornadoes especially. So I was plenty scared trying to finish my run. Fortunately I only had to deal with the storm for the last 2-3 miles of the run.

Another half-marathon! You are awesome! Good luck, and I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. I've been looking into training plans for the half - thinking of doing it next year.

I'm glad I can't see your randomness because Jimmy has been dying to see this movie for a while now. I must set a date with him to go tomorrow night!!! We must!!! You are crazy running in the dark in a thunderstorm without your glasses, etc. But that's why we love ya. I hate praying to the porcelain gods. Last time that happened was on my birthday. LOL. Eww. I want to see Zombieland too, it looks so good. :) Reminds me of Adventureland...but different. :) Good for you running in the dark in texas with no glasses during a storm! And I remember TX storms...they're a force to reckon with. Even IF you had your glasses on, probably still wouldn't be able to see anything..LOL sounds like fun though, and the crazy stuff is always what makes great stories. :D And I love DDR! I'm really bad at it, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it! lol I hope you're feeling better today!
