Trying to maintain my weight for a while cause i'm just kind of sick of dieting. Good thing is I maintained enough discipline to not gain weight in the last two months. I have still counted calories and measured everything on a scale.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
