I'll take it ..Not bad for traveling. I did well except for yesterday. I didn't log but let's say an apple fritter was on the menu ...Back to my WOE and work outs. Have a great day!🩷🩷

Fritzy, I am back on track today thankfully. I know what you mean about pity eating though. It’s easy to fall into..literally… You got this. Just remember the regrets you’ll have… 💜💜💜

Thanks Diana! I used to have planned "cheat" days, but don't anymore. So the junk I consumed were all impulse buys at the grocery store as I wandered down isles I typically avoid. Doing okay today
