Despite working from home yesterday and going to a friends jewelry party last night, I managed to stay within my RDI. Going for day two, and plan on going to the gym tonight, work be damned.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
