Gym today 😊

We ran out of Protein Powder, so I ordered 2 containers from Costco since it was on sale. It's supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I decided to make our shakes using some cottage cheese in addition to the usual Greek yogurt, frozen fruit & almond milk. The vanilla protein powder definitely gives it the sweet flavor cause the first taste was kinda blah. I added some stevia to mine & it still wasn't to my liking. I finally added some honey & ended up throwing it back in the blender cause it was a little lumpy on the bottom. That made it better, but I can't wait to get our Protein powder.

I'm doing better keeping my calories around 1700. I was slightly over today.

It rained today & it's supposed to rain for the next few days. It was still in the 40's today, but it's supposed to be in the 60's by Thursday. We're planning on going to the Gym again tomorrow. Thursday, I may take the garland & lights down on the front porch. I've been waiting for a warmer day.
