Lucy had an early morning appointment at the vet to get her teeth cleaned. Hubby left Teddy with me & he wanted his breakfast! So, I had to get up early, resulting in an earlier weigh-in.

Today was an off day. I didn't have anywhere to go & that was a good thing 😊 I fooled around on the computer. My old iPod has been giving me grief....refusing to sync up all of the music in my music library. I thought I had found a way around, but it didn't cooperate. I have been able to download partial playlists so that will have to suffice. I use my phone to play Pandora synced up to the Treadmill so I can use my old earphones. I use the iPod doing my core exercises & free weights. On the weight machines, I don't do music....I stay focused on my workout.

I have been trying to find a photo my sister asked me about during the holidays. It's one of me & my 3 sisters at the beach. She had it in a frame & it stuck to the glass when she tried to change the frame. I have gone thru photo albums, photos in my old computer photo gallery, downloaded FB & Instagram photos, some old photo dvds I found & all of the camera memory cards I have. No luck. I did look at a bunch of photos I'd forgotten about 😊 It struck me how things have changed over the years. I lived in the days where cameras used film that had to be developed. Now I take photos daily of my food! I lost a camera memory card on an outing to a huge garden area a bunch of years ago. I'm thinking that may be where my copies of that beach trip were.

Anyway, doing all that absorbed a bunch of my day. I did manage to do a couple of loads of laundry. And I finished watching the first season of Friends.

I put a pork roast & some baby carrots & potatoes in the slow cooker for dinner. It was yummy 😋
138.4 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The 2nd season of friends is my favorite, with Tom Selleck. I love the playlist dive created on Amazon music! I'm wondering if I should even take my stereo receiver and CD changer and CDs with me when I move. All my pets want early breakfast too!

I put my favorite CDs in my music library to play on my iPod, Fritzy. My old computer has a disc player, but my new one doesn't. It also doesn't have a slot to read camera memory cards. Everything is Bluetooth. I'm debating on whether I should buy a new or reconditioned iPod or just go to total streaming & buy Bluetooth earbuds. Technology is convenient & can be great. Except when you're used to old technology & like it.
