Whoa Boy, I must be in hormone land, because I am really stuck. Have tried a couple of things to no avail this past week. I feel myself getting frustrated, and it feels all too familiar.

I cleaned and gardened all weekend. I did splurge on a piece of Key Lime pie, but I my logical brain does not compute that one transgression would keep me sitting at nearly the same weight as last week.

This exact situation is why people fail at weight loss. Argh!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
