I made some poor food choices late in the week, and although I stayed under my calorie goal, I am sure it is the reason the scale didn't go down. All calories are not created equal! I intend to go back to more veggies this week.

I decided to add C25K (Couch to 5K) to my exercise since so many of the people on this site that I support, (and who support me), swear by it. I haven't signed up for a 5K yet, but I am considering it. The first day was not horrible, since I already walk 30 minutes a day, but it wasn't great either, since I don't normally jog intervals everyday! Tomorrow is day two. I probably should have started this sooner since the Arizona summer is almost here, and it is becoming a bit hot, but I didn't. Oh well. I am also trying to add a daily workout. Today was day one. Hope I make it through day two! Here's to a new week!
