Well, it's difficult to stay on track. But I kept trying, restarting after goofing up. "Get back on track", I told myself. It worked!
Another thing that helped was splitting high-calorie meals in half, saving the extra portion for another meal. Go Barb!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
