I'm doing very well in maintaining my weight but I have to remember where the extra weight came from By the Grace of God he will remind me I must watch my portions and stay committed to eating healthy 80% of the time and exercise. Thank you Jesus
139.0 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is so awesome!! I do the same thing, I lose the weight then, I forget that I am not a skinny person and eat like I never had a weight problem, then there I go again!!
