Not a total surprise. Went out of town for a few days. Ate Thai food and prime rib last week so lots of sodium. I think I'll do a carb cycle today to get back on track. I haven't been strict lately and it's showing. I seem to be able to get on track but having difficulty staying there.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
