A good lil shift! Day early weigh in due to works Christmas party tonight x
160.3 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Xmas over and a slight increase 3lb haven't really over indulged. I don't really comment on here. I like to see people like myself that steadily lose weight. I struggle lately to find interesting things to eat. In Oct told I was diabetic so my heads all over the place. My white bread is now wholemeal bread. I'm told there's 4 tea spoon sugar in white bread. I need to eat white meats fish and veg preferably. I must admit the carb cut down is making a difference.
