Weight at annual check-up-165. Abt the same as last year. 2 pounds down. Goal weight is 159 to not be overweight. My goal is to start counting calories again…except for Saturdays and Sundays.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
