How do the clothes fit, and how do you feel? Those might be better measures

If you’re bodybuilding, you’ll gain weight. If you’re body sculpting you’ll lose weight slowly with more reps and lighter weight.

Swimming is ideal way to lose weight and sculpt your body.

Reflect on what you posted Oct. 13th. You are doing amazing, are extremely active, and have accomplished so much. Don't let these little weight gains which could be for so many physiological reasons, not something you are or aren't doing, disappoint you or cause you overthink or to question your journey. Keep on keeping on and keep what you are doing. You're fit and strong. Stay encouraged, Kaylinrenee

Kaylin, I have seen mention in several Maintainers' posts about "wiggle room", they seem to experience 5-10 lb gains and losses, back and forth, so it seems to me that it may be a "normal" fluctuation? If nothing has changed about your eating habits and your physical activity has remained steady, then I would venture that it's just an internal fluid/hormone/digestive issue that will resolve itself in a few days.

A lot of factors at play. I started weight training about a year ago and my weight loss slowed, but I clearly built muscle. But my weight can fluctuate 2lbs per day just from "biology" and salt intake.

debra-- whether kaylin does or not, I find that reassuring, so thank you. I try to maintain 130, but stress a little if it goes 2 pounds above that. Glad to hear this seems to be normal. kaylin -- if the weight is up and the clothes fit the same, I suspect you're building muscle

The mirror. It doesn't lie. Don't use the door mirrors either lol

nothing to worry about like Diablo said the mirror is great and snapping a few progress pics from time to time can be even better. I'm sure they have you doing all sorts of squats so you may eventually start to notice your pants get a little tighter as your glutes and quads start to develop. keep it up 👏
