Busy weekend. Friday we got to the Gym. My enthusiasm has been waning a bit lately...not sure why. Thankfully, my habit of getting dressed in workout clothes & packing my Gym bag after breakfast has continued. Once I'm there & into my routine, I'm good. Maybe it's Winter weather. We've had some cold overnight temperatures & staying in my cozy robe in the morning is appealing.

Saturday, I met my sister & we went to the Atlanta Holiday Boutique show. We both found lots of cute stuff. I bought some gifts & some holiday decor for me 🎁🎄✨️ I'm feeling enthusiastic about decorating for Christmas even though it's still a month out. We got some extra steps in when we left....couldn't find her car in the parking garage, in spite of carefully noting which level we were on when we came in. So confusing! After we FINALLY found the car, we went out for lunch at Taco Mac. I took note of calories since it was my 2nd lunch out for the week. I ordered a Grilled Buffalo chicken wrap & crispy Brussels sprouts (no fries). The sprouts were very tasty & I made a conscious effort to eat half of the wrap & get half to go (Hubby ate it for lunch yesterday). Then we got more steps in at a favorite Antique store that was having their Christmas open house. It's big....so lots of walking. I didn't buy anything but enjoyed browsing.

Saturday night Hubby & I did a video call with our Canadian family after dinner. Funny how 2 hours can fly by catching up on the news!

Yesterday, it was warmer & sunny, so I took advantage to work outside. I raked leaves, blew leaves & swept leaves....got a theme going here! 😊🍁🍂🍂🍂🍂🍁🍂 Our front yard, patio & decks are at least temporarily visible....leaves are still falling. I cut back the Canna lillies & other flowers that had bitten the dust after our recent overnight freezing temps. I also tried to remove as many of the cobwebs as I could around the windows & the sides of the house. Like the trees dropping leaves, those spiders stay busy! I think I may have burned a few calories 🤔

So it's Monday....need to make breakfast & get off to the Gym 💪
135.6 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
