I weighed in at my diabetic appointment on April 9 and I had gained 3 pounds, i had followed my diet plan reasonably well but my dietician recommended I go on a low carb diet and lower my daily caloric intake. I was disappointed I didn't lose any weight but I am not giving up . I started my low carb diet today.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1535 kcal Fat: 64.55g | Prot: 81.97g | Carb: 155.84g.   Breakfast: Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Broccoli, Cracker Barrel 2% Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Great Value Light Apple Juice Cocktail, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
