I'll be away from home for a couple of days, so no weigh in & no measuring my food. I will still try to log.

My sister & I drove south to where our 2 youngest sisters live. We met up with my daughter-in-law & granddaughter for dinner at a favorite Mexican restaurant my granddaughter suggested. She is turning 17 next week, so she showed off her new car she just got as an early BD gift. I ordered a Steak Burrito Bowl. I ate most of the steak & about 1/2 cup each of the black beans & cilantro lime rice. Even after not having lunch, I got full pretty easily. I did have some chips & salsa & a frozen margarita.

My sisters & I are going to "Christmas in the South", an annual festival, tomorrow.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
