having a flair up of upper back muscles spasms. I'm over this-all month long I've either been sick, taking care of the sick or in pain.
Despite the pain, I walked and ran on the treadmill. managed to run for 8 mins with highest speed on treadmill being 4.5. Last run was max 4min run at 4.2. Do i really have an end goal? no... just doing the thing and hoping for the best. And as always, keeping my abs engaged..
195.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
