Don’t each tons of chocolate, a cheese danish, Panda Express for lunch and Mexican w cocktails for dinner on the same day.
If you do don’t get all mad when your scale explodes 🤦‍♀️
Ok, time to drink more water and lower my calories for the next 3-4 days
186.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
