I feel like I've turned a corner....best I've felt in 16 days!

I made it thru my workout at the Gym with lots more energy, today.

The chest congestion seems to have dissipated. Hopefully, it doesn't return.

I tried to get started putting out the Fall decor yesterday, but fizzled out. I needed to do laundry, including our bedding. I started dusting in the living room in preperation. I had taken time to water outside plants after breakfast. I managed to get the boxes down from the attic, but ran out of energy. I did change the tablecloth on the kitchen table to the new Fall one I bought, but that's about it.

We needed groceries, so stopped after the Gym, today. I stocked up on meat/ seafood for the freezer. We replenished fruit & veggies, bagels, bread, cheese, hummus & some other assorted items. I still felt reasonably well to get everything put away & make protein shakes when we got home. I did make an easy meal for dinner.

Hubby & I have been watching "1923" (a prequel to Yellowstone) on video. We watched a couple of episodes tonight....one left.

So off to bed. Hopefully, I can get more of the decorating done tomorrow.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
