Not as bad as as expected after a 3 week food, travel and fun fest. I’ll tighten up for the next week and should see a drop back to at least below 185 🤞
190.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
