Will work the weight watcher plan this week, getting a little better at it. My main problem is that I have too much food in my house and like to eat so many different treats!
Made coconut protein balls but they don't thrill me or satisfy any particular craving. I think I have to be much more mindful of staying out of the fridge, I look into it too much and always find something to eat that is a high-point snack.
Got some great tomatoes this week though and those have been a life saver! Sunday shopping will include some fatfree cottage cheese to go with them, I love cottage cheese!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
