Finally a bit of a drop after a month on plan with no loss (but no increase either!j.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

609 kcal Fat: 28.11g | Prot: 24.66g | Carb: 66.69g.   Breakfast: Sports Research Collagen Peptides, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: Market Pantry Swiss Deli-Style Cheese Slices, Kellogg's Club Crackers. Dinner: Trader Joe's Persian Cucumber, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Beets (from Fresh), Stouffer's French Bread Pizza Deluxe, Great Value Buffalo Chicken Wings. Snacks/Other: Pepsi Diet Pepsi, Kellogg's Club Crackers, Ocean's Halo Pho Broth, Archer Farms Wonton Strips. more...

Sometimes the body takes some time off. On a good note, with a slower weight loss you're losing fat rather than muscle. Congratulations.
